Clinical Support for Clinicians & Teams
We offer consultation and supervision for clinicians and teams. This work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in real practice — not just theory. This includes:
- Clinical supervision for developing and licensed professionals
- Case consultation for complex trauma and client dynamics
- Support integrating somatic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches
- Guidance for building safe, ethical, and culturally responsive care
Foundations Fellowship
A structured, paid, two-year post-graduate clinical training program for MSW graduates pursuing LCSW licensure — with salary, benefits, supervision, and protected growth time built in.
