The Foundations Fellowship is a structured, paid, two-year post-graduate clinical training program designed for MSW graduates pursuing LCSW licensure.
This is more than a job.

Year One: Foundational Excellence

How It Works

Each week includes:
1 hour individual clinical supervision
1 hour group supervision
Structured case consultation
Recorded session review
Ongoing written and verbal feedback

Gradual ramp-up
Target ~25 clients per week
Balanced pacing
Emphasis on care quality and clinician wellbeing
Burnout prevention is embedded in the structure of this role.
