Supervision &
Licensure Support
Each week includes:
- 1 hour individual clinical supervision
- 1 hour group supervision
- Structured case consultation
- Recorded session review
- Ongoing written and verbal feedback
Caseload &
Sustainability
Intentionally designed to support growth — not overwhelm.
- Gradual ramp-up
- Target ~25 clients per week
- Balanced pacing
- Emphasis on care quality and clinician wellbeing
Burnout prevention is embedded in the structure of this role.
