Development

The Curriculum

Clinical Development Model

Two intentional years — each building on the last. Year one establishes your foundation. Year two deepens your identity as a clinician.

Supervision &
Licensure Support

Each week includes:

  • 1 hour individual clinical supervision
  • 1 hour group supervision
  • Structured case consultation
  • Recorded session review
  • Ongoing written and verbal feedback

Caseload &
Sustainability

Intentionally designed to support growth — not overwhelm.

  • Gradual ramp-up
  • Target ~25 clients per week
  • Balanced pacing
  • Emphasis on care quality and clinician wellbeing

Burnout prevention is embedded in the structure of this role.
