Janelle is the founder of The Resiliency Center of Idaho. She has been practicing therapy for over 15 years and is a speaker and educator on stress, trauma & attachment. She has a unique therapy style which combines Somatic EMDR, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), & Embodied Psychotherapy. She specializes in attachment, burnout, & trauma.

Jasmine is a bilingual and bicultural therapist specializing in providing holistic mental health support. She is a proud member of the Latinx community and believes deeply in connecting people to the right supports to foster change. Jasmine utilizes Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative therapy.

Mo has a background of working in various settings within his community as a therapist, case manager, and designated examiner. Mo has been working in the mental health field for 8 years.
Mo is honest, upfront, mindful and fun in his therapy sessions. He is passionate about trauma informed care and working with individuals to help them live more fully. Mo was born in Mexico and moved to the United States as a young boy. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Tayler Gonzalez, LMSW

Tayler approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s lived experience. She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel emotionally safe and empowered, and she places strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Rather than rushing toward solutions, Tayler helps clients slow down, increase awareness, and develop tools that feel practical and sustainable.
Her clinical style integrates Adlerian concepts to explore values, purpose, and relational patterns, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and distress-management strategies to support emotional regulation and coping. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, adapting to each client’s goals, strengths, and pace.
Sarah Kristina Erickson, LMSW

Kristina believes therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialize in supporting clients with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, helping them discover strategies that honor the way their brains and bodies work best.
In addition to EMDR and ADHD-focused care, Kristina draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Somatic and Polyvagal approaches. Her goal is not to apply a manual, but to help each person find the approach that truly fits them.
Kristina has experience working with parenting and child welfare, foster care, childhood trauma, sexual health, relationships, LGBTQ+ communities, and refugees and immigrants navigating cultural integration. Her office is a safe space where you can move at your own pace, define your goals, and discover lasting solutions for healing and growth.
