I don't ask "what is wrong with you," but rather seek to understand what you have experienced and how it has shaped your world.

My approach is eclectic and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Adlerian therapy to help you rebuild a sense of purpose and belonging, while using Distress Tolerance techniques to help you manage triggers and overwhelm in the moment. We can also utilize CBT to gently examine the thought patterns holding you back, always moving at a pace that feels safe for you.
