Mo Esperilla
Just being here means you haven't given up.
Maybe you're navigating a tough transition. Maybe you're trying therapy for the first time — or giving it another shot. Either way, just being here means you haven't given up on the idea that things can get better. And I believe that too.
Mo has been working in the mental health field for 8 years across a range of settings — as a therapist, case manager, and designated examiner. Born in Mexico and raised in the United States, he brings bilingual, bicultural care to every session. He is honest, upfront, mindful, and yes — fun.
Healing honors both pain and strength
These are the beliefs at the heart of every session I hold.
You carry real strength that has kept you going. Healing begins when we honor both the challenges that brought you here and the resilience that never left.
You deserve to have your emotional needs met, your truth heard, and your story validated. With support, these aren't just possibilities — they're real, achievable goals.
I collaborate closely with medical providers and can help you quickly access psychiatric or medication management support when needed — because you deserve a team working together for you.
Warm, honest, and collaborative — that's how I work
I listen deeply, reflect what I see without judgment, and offer practical tools to support your healing and growth. Therapy isn't always easy — but it's powerful work. And you don't have to do it alone.
