Anai Bell, LMSW

’m Anai (they/them), a therapist who brings both clinical training and lived experience into my work. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, affirming, and attentive to the whole of who you are. I’ve been practicing therapy for nearly two years and have spent close to a decade engaged in understanding how systems impact the mental health of children and families.

I earned my undergraduate degree from University of Idaho and my Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. My clinical training includes Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), Gottman Level 1 Training, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and crisis intervention.

I specialize in working with trauma and with LGBTQIA+ individuals. As a queer, disabled, neurodivergent, BIPOC person, I understand how layered identities shape lived experience. I hold an intersectional lens in therapy—recognizing that what you’re navigating doesn’t exist in a vacuum, but is influenced by relationships, systems, and the environments you move through.

In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. I approach therapy collaboratively, whether we’re building skills, processing trauma, or exploring what it means to feel more connected to yourself and your life.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy embroidery, learning about new subjects, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and cooking with my family.

I am LGTBQIA+ affirming

I work with children and their parents, teens, & Adults
